Grinder

Taskmaster Resources ltd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Grinder to join our manufacturing team in Sheffield. In this vital role, you will be responsible for precision grinding and finishing of metal components to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate grinding machines and hand tools to shape, smooth, and finish metal parts according to specifications
\n
• Handle materials safely within the warehouse, including moving raw materials and finished products using proper materials handling techniques
\n
• Follow safety protocols during all fabrication, welding, and assembly tasks to maintain a safe work environment
\n

Qualifications:

\n
• Proven experience in production, manufacturing or similar mechanical work
\n
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools for grinding and finishing tasks
\n
• Experience with materials handling within a warehouse or manufacturing setting
\n
• Familiarity with tooling maintenance and setup procedures
\n
• Prior experience in assembly or working with materials in a manufacturing environment is preferred
\n

Working hours:

Monday - Thursday: 07:00 - 15:45 and Friday: 07:00 - 12:00

Payrate: £13.20 p/h
