Reliability Engineer£45,000 + Bonus + Company Vehicle/Car AllowanceScunthorpe (UK Travel Required)MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Reliability Engineer on behalf of a leading Anaerobic Digestion and Renewable Energy business.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced mechanical engineer with a background in reliability, condition monitoring or predictive maintenance to play a key role in improving the performance and reliability of multiple renewable energy assets across the UK.Working closely with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you'll lead reliability initiatives, undertake condition monitoring activities and drive continuous improvement programmes to maximise plant availability and performance.As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations into equipment failures and recurring issuesCarrying out Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) to improve asset reliabilityDeveloping and implementing predictive maintenance strategies across multiple renewable energy sitesPerforming condition monitoring activities including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis and LDAR inspectionsAnalysing condition monitoring data and producing technical reports with recommendationsSupporting Maintenance Teams, Plant Operators and Engine Technicians to maximise plant availabilityIdentifying opportunities for asset improvements and maintenance optimisationManaging maintenance activities through the CMMS systemEnsuring all work is completed in line with Health, Safety and Environmental standardsTo be considered for this role you should have:A mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualificationPrevious experience within Anaerobic Digestion, Power Generation, Process Plant, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Steel or similar heavy industrial environmentsStrong knowledge of rotating equipment and common failure modesExperience carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEAExperience using condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography and oil analysisKnowledge of predictive maintenance systems and CMMS softwareStrong report writing and data analysis skillsA proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skillsFull UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationallyWhat's on offer?Salary up to £45,000 (depending on experience)Performance bonus schemeCompany vehicle or car allowancePrivate healthcare33 days annual leave (including Bank Holidays)Ongoing training and career developmentOpportunity to join one of the UK's leading renewable energy businessesIf you're a Reliability Engineer looking to develop your career within the growing renewable energy sector, we'd love to hear from you.To ApplyIf you are interested in applying, please apply via the link, email your CV to , or call +441489 533 030 for a confidential chat.TPBN1_UKTJ
