Youll take a proactive approach, working closely with local employers to identify opportunities and support customers throughout their journey into employment and beyond.This role would suit someone with a background in recruitment or employability who has a genuine passion for making a positive difference.The role involves:Managing a caseload of customers, conducting detailed assessments to identify strengths and barriers to employmentCreating personalised action plans aligned to individual goals and career aspirationsSupporting customers with job search activities, CV writing, interview preparation and skills developmentBuilding confidence and independence through regular engagement, coaching and goal settingEngaging with employers to identify suitable opportunities and promote candidatesProviding in-work support to ensure job retention and address any challenges within employmentYoull need:Experience as an employment advisor or as a commercial recruitment consultantStrong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to motivate and influenceProven ability to manage a caseload or pipeline and achieve outcomes or KPIsConfidence engaging with employers and adopting a business development approachExperience of providing advice, guidance or coaching to support individualsA proactive, organised and solution-focused approachA genuine passion for supporting people into sustainable employmentDue to the nature of this role, you will hold a driving licence and have access to your own vehicle, you will also be required to complete an online Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check if offered the position.If this sounds like the perfect role for you then please submit your CV.This vacancy is being handled by Aspire Recruitment.
