Van Driver

Impact Recruitment are currently looking for a van driver to work for one of our clients in Northampton. You will be completing deliveries around the UK using one of their company vehicles. This is a temp to perm opportunity.Applicants must be over the age of 21 due to insurance regulations.Pay: £13.97 per hourLocation: Northampton NN3Hours: 43.5 hours a week across Monday to FridayDuties:Supporting the warehouse team load items and boxes into vansComplete deliveries around the Midlands, Macnhester, and Leeds areaDelivery schedules will be pre-planned and followedDeliver items to customers and support with unloading of packagesComplete delivery documentsDriving a company vehicle safelyDeliver to customers at specified timesRequirements:Be friendly and have excellent customer service skills. You will be dealing directly with customers.Work shift patterns to meet the needs of our customers. Some like their deliveries early, some a little later in the day.Demonstrate flexibility. Sometimes you may need to move things around to meet the demands of customers.Be able to demonstrate good written and verbal communications.Have experience of multi-drop deliveries to variable destination pointsBe physically fit to support with manual handling and loading.If you are interested in this role then please apply with an up to date CV.
