Construction Project Manager

This is an opportunity to work on genuinely nationally critical projects with a growing main contractor that has carved out a strong niche in the UK's most sensitive construction environments. Projects range from secure fit-outs and refurbishments to bespoke builds, all under NEC3, NEC4 and JCT contracts. This is not volume construction. It is a business that has built its reputation on doing complex work well, and on treating its people as adults.The Senior PM sits at the heart of that delivery model. Reporting directly to the Project Director, you will act as the commercial and contractual authority across your projects, driving governance, cost control and contract administration end-to-end. The role is UK roaming, giving genuine variety, with a base in Chichester and flexibility on how you split your time.
