Project AdministratorAbout the Role We're looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our growing team. This is a varied role supporting our Project Managers and wider operational team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple tasks, and providing excellent customer service. Experience within project administration or a technical environment is desirable, but we are happy to provide full training on our internal systems for the right candidate.A key part of this role will involve supporting our rail contracts , so we're looking for someone who can quickly become a valued member of the team and work confidently with minimal supervision once trained.Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to Project Managers and operational teams.Collate project information and maintain project databases and software systems.Manage and coordinate technician and surveyor diaries.Handle customer enquiries and provide project updates where required.Maintain, manage and archive project documentation.Monitor resource allocation, exposure records and company vehicle usage.Assist in maintaining training records to ensure site compliance.Support quality checks of asbestos management, survey and BSA reports.Assist in producing work instructions, RAMS and Method Statements.Prepare quotations and process customer purchase orders.Contact tenants to arrange survey appointments.Schedule appointments in the most commercially efficient geographical order.Accurately record appointments and project information within our Asbestos Management System (TEAMS).Provide support across the wider administration team as required.About You We're looking for someone who is:Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.Confident communicating with customers by telephone and email.Comfortable working with databases and accurately entering data.A proactive problem solver who can work independently as well as part of a team.Quick to learn new systems and processes.Experienced in project administration, scheduling or technical administration (preferred but not essential).Skills & Experience Previous administration experience.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience coordinating diaries or scheduling appointments is advantageous.Experience working within construction, surveying, asbestos, engineering or similar industries would be beneficial but is not essential.What We Offer Competitive salary.Full training on our internal systems and processes.Supportive and friendly team environment.Opportunities for career development and progression.Permanent, full-time position.A varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.TPBN1_UKTJ
