Plant Manager

Were representing a well-established manufacturing business in the RCT area who are looking for a strong, capable Operations / Plant Manager to take full responsibility for the running of their busy site.This isnt a desk job its a hands-on leadership role where youll be involved in every part of the operation: production, warehousing, maintenance, planning, quality, and health & safety. Youll be the one driving performance, setting standards, and making sure the site runs efficiently, safely, and profitably.The Role: Full responsibility for day-to-day operations across the entire site.Leading and supporting department heads across Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, and Quality.Driving performance through effective planning, KPI management, and clear communication.Overseeing budgets, cost control, and operational spending ensuring the site runs efficiently and within financial targets.Identifying opportunities for process improvement and long-term site development.Ensuring full compliance with H&S and quality standards.Working closely with the senior management team on strategic projects and business growth.Building a strong, motivated team culture based on accountability and results.About You:Proven experience leading a full manufacturing site as an Operations, Plant, or General Manager.Strong leadership and decision-making skills fair, confident, and hands-on.Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, continuous improvement, and team development.Excellent financial and commercial awareness with proven experience in budget control.Able to handle pressure, prioritise effectively, and lead by example.Whats on Offer:A key leadership role with autonomy to make real improvements.Long-term career opportunity within a stable, growing manufacturer.Competitive salary and benefits package.TPBN1_UKTJ
