Project Manager

Position: Project Manager Location: Northampton Salary: up to £85,000 plus package D.O.E Our client is a Tier 2 main contractor who currently enjoy a turnover of £60 million, delivering primarily New Build projects around the UK. They predominately operate within select business sectors including Leisure, Logistics & Distribution, Multi-room & Stadia. They generally deliver projects ranging in value from £5million up to £20million and a negotiate the majority of their projects secured. The Owners are keen to further develop and strengthen their Operational Team with introduction of experienced Project Managers and Site Managers. This has been instigated with a recent opportunity secured in Northampton. Therefore, the focus at the moment is to secure a new Project Manager along the M1 corridor. New Build Project Location: Northampton Contract value: £15 million The Ideal Candidate: * Proven experience as a Project Manager on New Build projects up to the value of £15 million Strong track record in Stadia/Leisure or Logistics & Distribution sector * Excellent leadership, organisation, and communication skills * Stable career history demonstrating long-term commitment Salary & Package: * up to £85,000 per annum D.O.E plus car allowance * Contributory pension scheme * Competitive benefits package * Opportunity to manage high-profile, high-value projects
