Job SummaryWere looking for a proactive, hands-on Bodyshop Paint Supervisor to join our clients team at Thurleigh, MK44.This is a key operational role where youll work closely with our bodyshop technicians on the workshop floor, ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality output, and a motivated, high-performing team. If you bring extensive paint experience, strong technical knowledge, and the confidence to oversee a busy paint shop, this role gives you the chance to lead the core area of our bodyshop while setting the standard for quality and workflowDutiesLead and motivate technicians to deliver safe, efficient, high-quality work.Coordinate daily workloads, monitor progress, and resolve issues to meet operational targets.Provide hands-on guidance, training, and mentoring to support skill development.Manage communication and HR tasks including briefings, attendance, holidays, and performance reviewsRequirementsMinimum 3 years supervisory or team-lead experience within a bodyshop or similar technical environment.At least 5 years hands-on experience as a paint technician.Comfortable in a hands-on, workshop-based role rather than a desk-based position.Full UK Driving Licence (maximum of 3 points on licence)Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)Strong communication and interpersonal skills.ShiftMon to Fri 0930-1700 / 0730-1600 (40 hours per week)Salary£36,166.00THIS IS A PERMANENT ROLE DIRECTLY WITH COMPANY.If you feel this role is a great match for your skills, apply today!TPBN1_UKTJ
