Take a look at the below to understand what you'll be doingEnsuring Transport Supervisors operate effectively, managing despatch activities and completing timely, high-quality driver debriefsManaging a multi-channel transport operation, despatching parcels daily through the primary network during peak periods and overseeing weekly B2C collectionsSupporting the Transport Operations Manager in developing and delivering peak plans aligned to forecasted volumes, automation changes, financial targets and resourcing needsLeading by example to create a high-performance, people-focused culture through strong employee engagement, regular 1-2-1s, performance reviews and team meetingsTaking full accountability for Health & Safety and quality audits, including risk assessments and safe systems of work within the HubOwning overall shift performance across compliance, service levels, H&S and employee engagementProducing detailed end-of-shift reports, root-causing KPI failures and providing evidence-based action plans to drive continuous improvementStill interested?
