Key Responsibilities:

- Dealing with motor claim cases in a proactive manner.

- Ensuring a first in class service is delivered at all times.

- Developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Ensuring reserves are amended appropriately and inactive cases are regularly reviewed.

Requirements:

- Prior Claims Handler experience is essential, with a good understanding of the Motor process.

- Experience in looking at indemnity, third party capture or intervention is a bonus.

- Excellent communication skills are vital, with a highly professional telephone manner.

- Good time management skills and being extremely well organised.

- Being adaptable and a strong team player.
