About the Role

As our Nail Technician, you'll deliver high-quality manicures, pedicures and specialist treatments in a warm, welcoming environment - naturally achieving retail and treatment goals through genuine passion for beauty. Strong diary management and rebooking skills are key to keeping the schedule full and organised.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver manicures, pedicures and nail treatments to a premium standard
\n
• Build lasting client relationships and encourage repeat bookings
\n
• Achieve retail and treatment targets through genuine recommendations
\n
• Manage your diary accurately, handling bookings and rebookings
\n
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, well-presented treatment area
\n
• Support colleagues as part of the wider clinic team
\n
• Stay current with new treatments, techniques and products
\n

Requirements

\n
• NVQ Level 2 minimum in Nail Technology or equivalent
\n
• At least 1 year's experience in a salon, spa or clinic
\n
• Strong focus on manicures and pedicures, with high attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Able to manage a busy diary independently and as part of a team
\n

Working HoursFull-time, permanent: 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday.
