Music Tutor

Full-Time | Immediate Start | Pay Negotiable

Remedy Education is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Music Tutor to join a specialist SEMH school.

You will work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, helping them develop practical music production skills while working towards a recognised qualification.

The role will mainly involve teaching students how to use music production software and systems such as:

• Logic Pro
\n
• Cubase
\n
• GarageBand
\n
• Other digital audio and music production software
\n

Instrumental knowledge is not essential, although it would be a strong advantage.

\n
• Have experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour
\n
• Be confident delivering one-to-one and small-group sessions
\n
• Have strong knowledge of music production software
\n
• Be patient, engaging and able to build positive relationships with pupils
\n
• Hold a valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one
\n
• Be available to work full-time
\n
