\nI'm hiring a Commercial Analyst for a well-established UK medical manufacturing business, supporting commercial strategy across sales, marketing, and product.

he role\nThis role sits within a growing analytics team and will focus on supporting commercial performance across the business.
\nIn your first 6-12 months, you'll work closely with the sales team, helping identify opportunities to improve:

You'll also gain exposure to marketing, product development, and market insight work as the role evolves.
What you'll be doing\n- \n
- Deliver commercial reporting across sales, customers, and product performance \n
- Analyse performance against targets and identify trends and opportunities \n
- Support forecasting, planning, and business decision-making \n
- Build and improve existing reports, while developing new analysis \n
- Work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, and operations \n
- Support product launches and market analysis with data insights \n
- Contribute to improving reporting processes and data quality \n
- \n
- 2+ years' experience in a data, analytics, or commercial role \n
- Strong Power BI or Tableau skills \n
- Experience using SQL and/or Python \n
- Ability to communicate insight clearly to non-technical stakeholders \n
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn \n
- \n
- Experience with data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI) \n
- Background in a commercial or business environment (not just academic) \n
- STEM or numerate degree \n

- Early-career analyst with strong potential \n
- Comfortable working across different teams and stakeholders \n
- Curious, hands-on, and eager to understand how businesses operate \n
