After School Provision Manager

Location: St. Albans

Salary: Dependent on experience

Contract: Permanent | Term Time Only

We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming primary school seeking an enthusiastic and experienced After School Provision Manager to lead its after school club.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a childcare professional with leadership experience to manage a safe, engaging and enjoyable provision for children at the end of the school day.

• Manage the day-to-day running of the after school provision.

• Lead and support a small staff team.
\n
• Plan and deliver fun, inclusive activities.
\n
• Ensure the highest standards of safeguarding, welfare and health & safety.
\n
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and school staff.
\n

• Experience working with primary-aged children.
\n
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience.
\n
• Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Passionate about providing high-quality childcare.
\n
