Contract: Business Analyst - CryptographyStart Date: ASAP (once background checks and onboarding are completed)Duration: 6 months RollingLocation: Hybrid - Remote and LondonRate: £500-530 a day (inside IR35 via umbrella)Reference: 20683Contract for an experienced Business Analyst with specific Cryptography skills. The Business Analyst will be part of the Service Delivery - Cryptography team, focused on gathering requirements and supporting the delivery of cryptographic solutions and consultations globally. The role covers processes around TLS/SSL certificates, SSH keys, and cryptographic projects.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESWork closely with Global team members to gather and document business requirements for the CLM Product and processes held by Cryptographic servicesIdentify gaps in processes and escalate them accordinglyIdentify risks of changes and propose mitigationSupport the process of change implementation, working closely with Vendors' support and Global Internal teamsSupport continuous data enhancement quality initiativesPrepare reports and analysis from multiple sources to identify problems or track progressTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process documentationWork with end users to help scope solutions for non-standard queriesEngage with business functions to help them understand the SSH/TLS key remediation process and support progressSupport Change Management control in relation to tasksAssist in troubleshooting certificate generation problems and connection issues between Venafi TPP and target servers by capturing and documenting requirementsReview solution documentation to support cryptography security assurance servicesSupport cryptography consultancy services provided to internal customers globallyLog and track requests in ServiceNow within agreed SLASupport team membersSKILLS & EXPERIENCE WE REQUIRECustomer/stakeholder focus, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal/external key stakeholders and cross functional, global/local IT teamsStrong analytical and requirements-gathering skillsAbility to work on own initiative and under pressureOperational effectiveness - supports solutions that align to approved design patterns and security, risk and regulatory standardsGood understanding of IT infrastructure technical platforms/technologiesA track record of identifying ways to improve processes and a good understanding of the mechanisms needed to successfully implement changeUnderstanding of SSH/SSL functionality and usageKnowledge of PKIGood understanding of SQL / PostgreSQLStrong documentation and business-writing skillsWillingness to develop further in the Cryptography domainNetworking People (UK) is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.TPBN1_UKTJ
