\n Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 years + PQE to manage their own caseload to include:\n

\n
• Housing litigation
\n
• Injunctions
\n
• Possession claims
\n
• Disrepair matters
\n
• Non-contentious matters
\n

Responsibilities for this Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive vacancy:\n
\n \n

\n
• Be responsible for the day to day running of a caseload
\n
• Be able to support the partners on more large and complex matters
\n
• Supervise more junior members of the team including paralegals
\n
• Get involved in marketing and business development in a client focused manner
\n
• Be able to interact directly with clients, manage their expectations, and meet their deadlines
\n

Person Specification for this Housing and Property Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive vacancy:\n
\n \n

\n
• Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with 3 years+ PQE
\n
• IT literate to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet applications
\n
• Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness and pro-activity
\n
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and the ability to convey clear and concise information
\n
