- Own and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, with responsibility for planning, execution, completion, and review. \n
- Supervise and mentor audit teams, fostering professional development and ensuring high-quality deliverables. \n
- Prepare audit plans, including risk assessments, and ensure adherence to UK GAAP/IFRS and audit regulatory standards. \n
- Collaborate with clients and partners on technical and compliance advice, including corporation tax and VAT matters. \n
- Contribute to firm business growth by developing client relationships and supporting revenue & profitability objectives. \n
- Assist partners with audit controls, file reviews, partner reporting, and internal process improvement. \n
- Prepare and present audit findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders. \n
- Assist in staff training and professional development initiatives. \n
Profile
\nA successful Audit Manager should have:

- ACA/ACCA/CA qualified with robust experience in practice-based audit. \n
- Strong working knowledge of UKGAAP/IFRS and UK auditing standards. \n
- Proven ability to manage a portfolio of SME audit clients across multiple sectors. \n
- Demonstrated leadership in coaching and supervising junior staff. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Proficiency with audit software and advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities. \n
