We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our team in Newport. This role is ideal for someone with comprehensive experience in all matters of residential conveyancing, looking to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The position requires a proactive individual ready to handle a diverse caseload and start as soon as possible.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
\n
• Handle all aspects of the conveyancing process, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
\n
• Liaise directly with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
\n
• Conduct legal research and provide clients with accurate advice on various conveyancing issues.
\n
• Prepare and review contracts, transfers, mortgage deeds, and other legal documents.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policies and procedures.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing.
\n
• Strong understanding of the conveyancing process and property law.
\n
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple cases independently in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise advice.
\n
• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer in the UK.
\n
