- Supporting managers with the use of the Oracle and Kronos systems \n
- Communicating effectively daily with internal and external customers \n
- Building and maintaining relationships with colleagues from other departments \n
- Maintaining departments reports \n
- Support the hiring managers with onboarding for their teams and the induction process \n
- Support the management team with Investigation, Disciplinary & Absence Management cases \n
- Contributing towards the improvement of processes/methods of operating practises within the department \n
- Undertake such duties as may be reasonably required for the effective operation of the People function \n
- Maintain the highest level of data integrity by handling all colleague and company information with sensitivity and absolute confidentiality and ensure the adherence of GDPR regulations \n

- Must have a flexible and adaptable approach to demands and changes in work activity \n
- Must be confident, self-motivated, organised, and able to work on your own initiative and under pressure \n
