Payroll & Benefits Specialist

A globally recognised business who have an outstanding reputation across the sector, are currently looking to add a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to their team.

This role will join the wider HR function & will report to the Payroll Manager.

As the Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the UK monthly payroll for c500 employees
\n
• Working with the outsourced payroll provider to ensure data is accurate
\n
• Resolving all payroll related queries
\n
• Working with the Payroll Manager with companywide benefits. This includes benefit renewals, benefit related queries, benefit communication. Benchmarking and benefit research.
\n
• Supporting the Payroll Manager with payroll and/or benefit related projects
\n

This is a super varied & busy role. Candidates need to be able to use Excel to a high standard.
