Overview

Join our clients Finance team as an Accounts Payable Specialist. You will manage the accounts payable function, maintain vendor relationships, support cash flow management, and ensure compliance with financial controls.

Responsibilities

\n
• Invoice Processing: Handle supplier invoices, ensure accurate processing, and resolve discrepancies.
\n
• Payment Management: Conduct weekly and monthly payment runs, ensuring timely payments and accurate transaction records.
\n
• Vendor Management: Manage supplier accounts, respond to enquiries, and maintain positive relationships.
\n
• Reconciliations & Controls: Perform monthly reconciliations, ensure compliance with financial policies, and assist in audits.
\n
• Reporting & Administration: Prepare financial reports, support cash flow forecasting, and maintain financial records.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications

\n
• AAT qualified or equivalent preferred.
\n
• Minimum 2 years in accounts payable or finance.
\n
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
\n
• Excellent attention to detail, strong numerical and analytical skills.
\n
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
\n
