Job Description
Your new companyI am currently working with an organisation who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Programme Administrator to support the delivery of their ECTP and National Professional Qualifications (NPQs) across the North and West region.
\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys coordinating programmes, supporting events, building relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring exceptional customer service and will be from 24th August - 31 October 2026.
\nYour new roleAs a Programme Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration and delivery of our professional development programmes. Working closely with participants, schools, facilitators, trusts and internal colleagues, you will provide high-quality administrative support, coordinate communications, and help deliver engaging training events.
\nThis is a varied role that combines programme administration, stakeholder engagement and event coordination, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a busy and collaborative environment.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nProgramme Administration

- Maintain accurate attendance records for seminars, training events and programme activities. \n
- Manage and respond to programme inboxes, resolving routine queries and escalating where necessary. \n
- Prepare, print and distribute programme materials and resources. \n
- Coordinate communications with participants, facilitators, schools and other stakeholders. \n
- Support programme onboarding, registrations and participant tracking. \n
- Produce reports and data updates to support programme delivery and monitoring. \n
- Provide general administrative support to the NPQ and ECF teams. \n
Event & Programme Support

- Prepare training rooms and event spaces, ensuring all resources and equipment are available. \n
- Welcome participants and facilitators, manage registrations and maintain attendance records. \n
- Coordinate refreshments and catering requirements during events. \n
- Liaise with venues and catering providers to ensure smooth event delivery. \n
- Monitor training spaces throughout events and resolve operational issues where appropriate. \n
- Ensure rooms and resources are organised and ready for future sessions. \n
- Work closely with schools, business offices and venue contacts to deliver successful events. \n
- Provide on-the-day support to facilitators and programme delivery teams. \n
Stakeholder Support

- Act as a professional first point of contact for schools, trusts, mentors, facilitators, participants and colleagues. \n
- Respond promptly and professionally to programme enquiries. \n
- Support effective communication across ECF and NPQ programmes. \n
- Build positive working relationships with partner schools, trusts and delivery partners. \n
- Support enrolment, onboarding and programme completion processes. \n
- Prepare reports, presentations and documentation to support programme management and quality assurance activities. \n
What you'll need to succeed An interest in education Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work proactively to find solutions. Experience monitoring processes and producing accurate reports. Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and adapt communication styles accordingly.
\nAn Enhanced DBS will need to be obtained in order to undertake this role or an Enhanced DBS on the update service can also be used.What you'll get in return
\nYou will get the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a team that is shaping the educators of the future. The role is from 24th August - 31st October on a temporary basis, and you will be paid £16.44 per hour. You will work from 8AM-4PM Monday to Friday and there is free parking on site.
