Join a respected financial planning firm that partners with a large network of IFAs. You’ll work alongside experienced Advisers, providing first-class technical support — while building the skills and confidence to move into client-facing advice.

This business has a proven record of developing Paraplanners into successful Wealth Planners. You won’t just write reports; you’ll shape holistic financial strategies, learn directly from IFAs, and grow your career in a team that invests in your future.

What You’ll Do

• Produce clear, compliant suitability reports & recommendations
\n
• Carry out in-depth technical research on pensions, investments & tax planning
\n
• Build and analyse cashflow models
\n
• Partner closely with IFAs to influence client advice
\n
• Keep up to date with legislation, regulation & product developments
\n
• Play a hands-on role in annual reviews & long-term planning
\n

What You’ll Bring

• Experience as a Paraplanner or IFA Administrator (essential)
\n
• Diploma Level 4 (or working towards)
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments & protection
\n
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail
\n
• Proactive, growth-oriented mindset — and an eye on the move to advice
