Macildowie are working with this client based in Crick to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and supportive customer service team at their Head Office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service experience who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and providing an excellent customer journey. Full training will be provided, making this an ideal role for someone looking to develop their career within a well-established business.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently while delivering outstanding service throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Processing customer orders accurately
\n
• Producing customer quotations
\n
• Chasing supplier ETAs and providing timely updates
\n
• Liaising with courier companies regarding deliveries
\n
• Working closely with branch teams to resolve customer queries
\n
• Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience at all times
\n

We're looking for someone who has:

• Previous customer service experience
\n
• Strong communication skills
\n
• Good IT skills and confidence using multiple systems
\n
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• A proactive and positive approach to problem solving

• The ability to work collaboratively within a busy team
