With a national launch underway and exciting expansion plans ahead, I am looking for a highly organised and proactive Marketing & Retail Coordinator to become the operational heartbeat of a fast-moving team.Working closely with senior commercial and marketing leaders, you'll play a central role in keeping projects moving, coordinating external partners, managing priorities, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. If you're someone who loves variety, thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys bringing order to complexity, this could be for you.The Role:What you'll be doing;Coordinating activity across multiple external agencies and partnersManaging project plans, timelines and key deliverablesSupporting events, activations, product launches and campaignsMaintaining trackers, budgets and reporting documentsSupporting retailer activity including orders, listings and promotional schedulesPreparing meeting packs, presentations and follow-up actionsManaging samples, stock requests and logisticsProviding day-to-day support across marketing and commercial functionsThe Person:What we're looking for;Outstanding organisation and attention to detailStrong administration and project coordination skillsConfident communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProactive, hands-on approach with a genuine willingness to get involvedA creative and collaborative individual, someone who can bring fresh ideas to the table
