Behaviour Support Mentor
Job Description
We are working with a alternative provision in Redbridge who are looking to appoint a behaviour mentor for September.
\nThe school is based in Fairlop and a short walk from the station.
\nThe school has approximately 100 students on role and students have Social Emotional Mental Health challenges and students can sometimes display challenging behaviours.
\nThe school is mainly male based.
\nThis is an excellent school with an amazing established SLT team on hand to help support. Inset day training will be on 2nd September 2026.
\nInterviews to happen ASAP from next week.
\nThe role:
\n- Working as a 1:1 behaviour support assistant
\n- Working hours are 08:20-15:45 daily
\n- Excellent pay rates
\n- Opportunity to progress in this role onto a contract or as a behaviour lead
\n- Strong de-escalation skills required.
\n- Full time
