EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant

- Job Type: Full time (minimum 32.5 hours per week) \n
- Must hold a relevant early years qualification \n
We are seeking an EYFS Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join our team in a rural Lancaster school. This role involves supporting early years education, with opportunities to engage in additional hours at our breakfast and after-school clubs.
\nDay-to-day of the role:
\n- \n
- Assist in the delivery of daily activities and educational programs within the early years setting. \n
- Support the development and learning of young children through play-based activities. \n
- Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and organise lessons and materials. \n
- Observe and record children’s progress and provide feedback to teachers and parents. \n
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment. \n
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions. \n
- Availability to work additional hours at breakfast club and/or after school club is desirable. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Must hold a Level 3 early years qualification or equivalent. \n
- Experience working with children in an educational setting. \n
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team. \n
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning and child development. \n
