Salary: £37,000 - £45,000

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a specialist RIBA chartered practices who offer award-winning design services to the Healthcare sector. They are on the lookout for talented and proactive Project Architect to join their growing team in Chorley.

Duties for the role of Project Architect include:

\n
• Produce detailed project information for all RIBA stages
\n
• Work alongside the design team on day-to-day project information
\n
• Liaise with main contractors and sub-contractor teams
\n
• Attend design team meetings and site visits
\n
• Issue working drawing packs of information
\n

Skills and experience for the role of Project Architect:

\n
• ARB registered
\n
• Strong post RIBA Part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
\n
• Proficiency with Revit
\n
• Experience managing complex projects across various sectors
\n
• Excellent drawing and design skills
\n
• Job running experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations
\n
• Strong attention to detail
\n
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
\n
• Live within a commutable distance to the Chorley area
\n
