Senior Architectural Technician
\nLocation: London
\nSalary: £45-55,000 (Dependent on Experience)
\nAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architectural Technician to join a highly regarded architectural practice in London. Working across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial and mixed-use projects, the successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of schemes from design through to construction. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and design-led practice that offers genuine career progression and the chance to work on high-quality projects across the UK.
The Role\n- \n
- Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages using Revit. \n
- Lead the technical development of projects through RIBA Stages 4-6. \n
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and external stakeholders. \n
- Prepare technical details, specifications and Building Regulations information. \n
- Ensure projects comply with UK Building Regulations and current legislation. \n
- Attend site visits and project meetings as required. \n
- Support and mentor junior members of the team. \n
- Assist in delivering projects to programme and budget. \n

- Significant UK experience working as an Architectural Technician or Architectural Technologist. \n
- Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge. \n
- Proficiency in Revit, with AutoCAD experience advantageous. \n
- Excellent knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods. \n
- Experience delivering projects across a range of RIBA work stages, particularly Stages 4-6. \n
- Strong communication and organisational skills. \n
- The ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within a collaborative team. \n
