Working alongside a multi-disciplinary group of property professionals, you'll be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects across public and private sector estates, encompassing everything from historic buildings and schools to commercial properties and residential assets.The RoleThis is a varied position combining both professional and project work, including:\n

• Technical due diligence and building surveys.
\n
• Defect diagnosis, condition surveys and dilapidations.
\n
• Preparing specifications, drawings and contract documentation.
\n
• Managing refurbishment, repair and maintenance projects.
\n
• Providing expert advice on building condition, compliance and asset management.
\n
• Conducting stakeholder meetings and presenting recommendations to clients.
\n
• Leading quality assurance and ensuring projects meet regulatory requirements.
\n

About You\n

\n
• MRICS qualified (or equivalent).
\n
• Proven experience within Building Surveying consultancy or property services.
\n
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and construction legislation.
\n
• Experience delivering refurbishment and maintenance projects.
\n
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Ability to work independently and as part of a wider professional team.
\n
