Unified Communications Technician

We are looking for a Unified Communication Technician to join a busy telecoms and connectivity team.

You'll play a key role in delivering, supporting and maintaining voice and data solutions for business customers, combining hands-on installations with remote technical support and fault resolution.

• Installing and configuring VoIP and hosted voice systems
\n
• Supporting broadband, fibre, leased line and connectivity services
\n
• Providing 1st and 2nd line technical assistance
\n
• Troubleshooting network, telephony and hardware issues
\n
• Working with suppliers and carriers to resolve service faults
\n
• Supporting project delivery and customer onboarding activities
\n
• Maintaining accurate technical documentation and ticket updates
\n

• Telecoms, VoIP or Unified Communications experience
\n
• Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
\n
• Knowledge of connectivity technologies and business communications
\n
• Excellent customer service skills
\n
• Ability to manage support tickets within agreed service levels
\n

• Structured cabling experience
\n
• Networking knowledge including routing and switching
\n
• Experience with leased lines and hosted voice platforms
\n
