Seeking Passionate and Skilled SEN Tutors!
\nWe are currently looking for experienced and dedicated Special Educational Needs (SEN) Tutors to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of students. If you're passionate about helping children with unique learning needs and thrive in a personalised teaching environment, we want to hear from you!
\nIdeal Candidates:
\n- \n
- Have experience in SEN teaching (Dyslexia, ADHD, Autism, etc.) \n
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills \n
- Able to adapt lessons to suit a variety of learning styles \n
- Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to student success \n
- Qualified in education or relevant SEN-related fields (QTS/PGCE/SEN qualifications) \n
This tutor role involves:
\n- \n
- planning lessons and resources around the student's needs. This could be in the core subjects or life skills; \n
- plan and deliver engaging sessions. \n
- apply skills to raise pupils' confidence. \n
- manage children with challenging behaviour. \n
- track the learning progress of the student to achieve their desired learning outcomes and being able to provide monthly reports. \n
- potentially engage in outdoor activities such as learning about plants and nature with the student, \n
- learn about visuals to communicate in some cases. \n
