\nAs a Process Technician, you’ll play a key part in keeping production lines running efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. It’s a dynamic, fast-moving environment where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact.\n

\n🔧 What You’ll Be Doing\n
\nOperating production machinery and equipment within your area\n
\nFollowing standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent output\n
\nMaintaining a safe working environment and identifying potential hazards\n
\nCompleting production records, logs, and quality documentation\n
\nSupporting product changeovers to meet production schedules\n
\nEnsuring high standards of hygiene and housekeeping (GMP)\n
\nFollowing production plans to hit daily targets\n
\nEscalating any issues to the Team Leader\n
\nSupporting waste reduction and “clean as you go” practices\n
\nLearning and using the SCADA system\n
\n
\n🎯 What We’re Looking For\n
\nA strong understanding of GMP or food manufacturing standards (preferred)\n
\nExcellent attention to detail and a quality-focused mindset\n
\nAbility to follow processes and work to production schedules\n
\nGood numerical and analytical skills\n
\nBasic IT skills (Excel, Word; SAP is a bonus)\n
\nA team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment\n
\nFlexibility to work 12-hour shifts (days, nights & weekends)\n
\n

\nPay: £32,043 pro rata (£15.31 per hour)\n
\nContract: Fixed-term summer project (15th June to the end August)\n
\nHours: Full-time, 12-hour shifts (days, nights & weekends)\n
\nDay shift: 06:00 to 1800\n
\nNight shift 18:00 to 06:00\n
