Senior People Advisor

Liberty Recruitment Group are proud to be working with a fantastic not-for-profit organisation in the search for a Senior People Advisor!Our client is a well-established organisation dedicated to supporting vulnerable individuals to secure a better future. They are seeking an experienced and passionate People Advisor to provide clear, practical guidance on ER, wellbeing, performance and absence management to Managers and Team Leaders across the business.Based in Fareham, paying circa £40,000. You will report into a supportive and highly experience HR Manager. If youre passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of vulnerable individuals, this is an opportunity not to be missed.What youll do:Provide expert HR advice and support across all functions to managers and staffSupport the development and implementation of HR policies and best practicesManage complex ER cases, ensuring fair and consistent application of employment lawLead recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to attract and retain talentAdvise on performance management and learning and development initiativesEnsure compliance with employment legislation and maintain up-to-date knowledgePartner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with organisational goalsDirect line management for several members of the HR teamThe ideal candidate will have:Proven experience as an HR Advisor or Senior HR AdvisorLine management experienceStrong understanding of employment law and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide professional advice and build relationships at all levelsExperience in managing ER issues and complex HR casesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a team environmentCIPD Level 5 or higher is preferredCompany Benefits Include:25 days annual leave + BH, rising with continuous serviceHybrid working option after a successful settling in period typically 2 days a week working from homeFree parkingIf you have the skills and experience to match this role, we would love to hear from you!
