HGV Class 1 (CE) Driver – Sherburn in Elmet

£21.01ph – £28.00ph | Weekly Pay | Block Bookings | 6 months' experience

StaffCo Direct is recruiting HGV Class 1 (CE) drivers for ongoing work in Sherburn in Elmet. We're looking for professional and motivated drivers for both AM & PM shifts, with immediate starts available. This is a well-organised operation offering consistent weekly bookings, and opportunities for full-time positions.

Pay Rates (PAYE):

• Monday-Friday AM: £18.75ph + Holiday

• Monday-Friday PM: £19.50ph + Holiday
\n
• Saturday: £20.25ph + Holiday
\n
• Sunday: £21.00ph + Holiday
\n
• Bank Holiday: £25.00ph + Holiday

What the role involves:

PM SHIFT- Start times between 11:00-13:00, store deliveries – manual unload required.

AM SHIFT- Start times between 04:00-07:00, store deliveries – manual unload required.

A fully paid 2-day assessment and induction is required before starting, followed by ongoing block booking opportunities and potential full-time positions.

Our ideal candidate:

• Holds a valid HGV Class 1 (CE) UK licence held for at least 6 months'
\n • Has a valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card
\n • Has no more than 6 penalty points (no IN, DR, DD or TT convictions)
\n • Has good communication skills and a professional attitude
\n • Is physically fit and well-presented
