\nLeading facilities across a world class manufacturing environmentAre you a strategic facilities leader ready to take ownership of a complex, high-performing manufacturing site?We're retained by a major industrial organisation seeking a Site Facilities Manager to lead plant-wide Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental performance across their busy manufacturing facility. This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for ensuring operational continuity, compliance excellence, and the delivery of ambitious energy and carbon reduction targets.The OpportunityThis is more than a facilities role-it's a senior leadership position with real influence. You'll shape both the short-term operational performance and long-term infrastructure and sustainability strategy of a large-scale manufacturing environment.You'll lead multi-disciplinary teams across facilities, utilities, and environmental functions, ensuring the site operates safely, efficiently, and in line with evolving regulatory and sustainability demands.Key Responsibilities

- Provide visible, values-led leadership across Facilities, Utilities, and Environmental teams \n
- Own site-wide strategy for buildings, utilities, energy systems, and site services \n
- Drive environmental performance, CO reduction, and energy efficiency initiatives \n
- Ensure full compliance across HSE, environmental, and regulatory frameworks \n
- Lead capital investment projects and infrastructure upgrades \n
- Manage budgets, performance metrics, and continuous improvement plans \n
About You
\n- \n
- Proven senior leadership experience within facilities, utilities, or environmental management in a manufacturing or industrial setting \n
- Strong track record of building and developing high-performing teams \n
- Deep understanding of compliance, governance, and energy/environmental performance \n
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels \n
- Exposure to high-volume manufacturing, and experience with ISO 14001 / ISO 50001 frameworks, would be advantageous \n
