Electrical Maintenance Engineer\n

Location: Battersea, London

Commercial office spaces

\n

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on Experience) + Overtime & Benefits + HV Training

\n

Hours: Monday - Friday (Alternating weekly shifts: 6:30am - 3:30pm & 7:30am - 4:30pm)

\n

On-Call Rota: 1 in 2 weeks (Minimal call-outs due to newly redeveloped site!)

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to step into a modern, state-of-the-art environment?

Key Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • \n

    Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and handle reactive tasks across the site.

  • \n
  • \n

    Diagnostics: Perform routine fault finding and electrical diagnostics to ensure high system uptime.

  • \n
  • \n

    Compliance: Oversee and execute emergency lighting testing, maintenance, and fault repair.

  • \n
What We Are Looking For\n
    \n
  • \n

    Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, 18th Edition).

  • \n

    Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer (commercial or large-scale sites preferred).
