\nThe Role
\nAs Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction and property projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest standards.
\nWorking closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will play a key role in driving projects forward, managing stakeholder relationships, and delivering successful project outcomes.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead projects through the full lifecycle, from feasibility and planning through to completion and handover. \n
- Act as the principal point of contact for clients and key stakeholders. \n
- Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and delivery strategies. \n
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary project teams. \n
- Monitor project performance, identifying and mitigating risks where required. \n
- Chair project meetings and ensure actions are delivered effectively. \n
- Manage project reporting, including programme, financial, and risk updates. \n
- Support procurement activities and contract administration processes. \n
- Monitor quality throughout design and construction phases. \n
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and industry best practice. \n
- Manage project costs, change control, and financial milestones. \n
- Build strong working relationships with clients and project partners. \n
About You
\nTo be successful in this role, you will have:
\n- \n
- Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side environment. \n
- A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying, or a related discipline. \n
- Strong knowledge of project delivery, procurement routes, and construction contracts. \n
- Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Strong commercial awareness and financial management capability. \n
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving. \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment. \n
- A commitment to delivering exceptional client service. \n
Professional membership (or working towards membership) of organisations such as APM, RICS, CIOB, or ICE would be advantageous.
\nA full UK driving licence is desirable.
