\n Pertemps are recruiting experienced Traffic Controllers for a leading automotive company based in Coleshill, Birmingham.\n
\n
\n This is a permanent full-time position offering long-term job security following a successful interview. We are looking for confident, proactive individuals who have previous experience controlling vehicle movements and can communicate effectively with drivers and customers on a daily basis.\n

Shift patterns available:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Mornings: 05:30 – 14:00
  
  
\n
• Afternoons: 13:30 – 22:00
  
  
\n
• Nights: 18:00 – 06:00
  
  
\n

\n
The role:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Control and coordinate vehicle movements safely and efficiently
  
  
\n
• Manage traffic flow across a busy automotive site
  
  
\n
• Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams
  
  
\n
• Resolve issues quickly using initiative and problem-solving skills
  
  
\n
• Identify hazards and take proactive action to maintain safe operations
  
  
\n

Essential experience and skills:\n
\n
\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Traffic Controller / Traffic Marshal / Vehicle Movement Controller is essential
  
  
\n
• Experience managing vehicle movements in a busy environment
  
  
\n
• Confident dealing with drivers and customers daily
  
  
\n
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear instructions
  
  
\n
• Ability to make quick decisions and remain calm under pressure
  
  
\n
• Reliable, proactive, and safety-focused approach
  
  
\n
