We're looking for a Resourcer to join our team, supporting the attraction and onboarding of self-employed drivers.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruitment, sales or lead generation experience who thrives on engaging with candidates and delivering results.The RoleAs a Resourcer, you'll play a key role in sourcing and engaging self-employed drivers to meet business demand. Working closely with operations and hiring teams, you'll ensure candidates receive a positive experience throughout the recruitment and onboarding process. Key Responsibilities\n

- Proactively source and attract self-employed drivers through job boards, social media, referrals and local outreach. \n
- Conduct high-volume candidate outreach via phone calls, messages and follow-ups. \n
- Screen applicants to assess suitability, availability, licensing and compliance requirements. \n
- Coordinate the onboarding process, including document collection and interview scheduling. \n
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver records, ensuring all compliance documentation is completed. \n
- Build strong relationships with prospective drivers, providing an engaging candidate experience. \n
- Create and support targeted recruitment campaigns to attract high-quality drivers. \n
- Work closely with operations and hiring teams to achieve recruitment targets. \n

- Strong communication skills with confidence in telephone-based candidate engagement. \n
- Excellent administration skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. \n
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales or lead generation. \n
- Driver or logistics recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential. \n
- Experience sourcing candidates through social media and online platforms. \n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy, target-driven environment. \n
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. \n
- A proactive approach and the ability to build lasting relationships with candidates. \n
