Join our team as an Automotive Technician and work in a state-of-the-art workshop equipped with the latest technologies. This role offers regular manufacturer training to keep your skills sharp and up-to-date. You will be part of a respected company known for its strong family values and commitment to staff development.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• Diagnose, repair, and service a range of vehicles following manufacturer and retailer guidelines efficiently and to the highest standards.
\n
• Identify potential defects and worn components, responsibly reporting these for customer authorisation.
\n
• Ensure work is completed right the first time to provide the best customer experience possible.
\n
• Work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with a requirement to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Experience as a fully qualified automotive technician with excellent fault-finding skills.
\n
• NVQ Level 3 qualification, or equivalent, in light vehicle maintenance and repair preferred.
\n
• MOT Tester's Licence is advantageous.
\n
• Full driving licence.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n
