An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx to join a growing property law firm as Head of Legal Practice (HoLP).

This senior leadership role combines regulatory oversight, legal compliance, risk management and team leadership within a high-performing residential conveyancing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the firm's appointed Head of Legal Practice.
\n
• Lead legal compliance, governance and risk management.
\n
• Provide technical support on complex conveyancing matters.
\n
• Oversee audits, complaints handling and quality assurance.
\n
• Develop and support legal teams.
\n
• Ensure compliance with AML, lender and regulatory requirements.
\n
• Drive operational improvements and legal best practice.
\n

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years PQE as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEx.
\n
• Extensive residential conveyancing experience.
\n
• Strong compliance and regulatory knowledge.
\n
• Previous leadership and team management experience.
\n
• Excellent communication, commercial awareness and professional judgement.
\n
