Job Description

Macildowie are working with this client based in Birmingham City Centre to recruit a Part-Time PA / Office Manager within a professional services environment.

This is a permanent opportunity offering 25–30 hours per week, fully office-based, with a competitive salary dependent on experience.

This is a varied and hands-on role, acting as the central point of coordination for a busy office while also providing high-level Personal Assistant support to senior leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting operational efficiency and maintaining a professional and well-organised environment.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Acting as the first point of contact for the office, managing calls, visitors, post and deliveries
  • \n
  • Providing dedicated PA support to senior stakeholders, including diary and inbox management
  • \n
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas and tracking follow-up actions
  • \n
  • Managing travel bookings including flights, accommodation and events
  • \n
  • Supporting the organisation of internal and external events
  • \n
  • Overseeing office supplies, purchasing and supplier coordination
  • \n
  • Managing facilities, health & safety compliance and maintenance schedules
  • \n
  • Liaising with property management and external contractors
  • \n
  • Supporting onboarding processes for new starters, including IT coordination
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate records, documentation and internal systems
  • \n
About You\n

You will be an experienced administrator with proven PA exposure, confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • \n
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • \n
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality

  • Comfortable working independently while supporting a wider team
