Van Driver

Driver Hire Southampton is currently recruiting reliable van drivers for flexible, ad-hoc delivery work across Southampton and nearby areas.

Our clients include builders' merchants, electrical suppliers, food deliveries and other local businesses, offering a variety of roles from multi-drop deliveries to vehicle movements. If you have previous multi-drop experience, we'd love to hear from you.

The role:

• Ad-hoc work (0-hour contract) mainly between Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
\n
• Start times typically between 6:00am and 8:00am
\n
• Local and longer-distance delivery routes available
\n
• Some assignments may require a DBS check
\n

What we're looking for:

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months
\n
• Strong timekeeping and good manual handling ability
\n
• Flexible, reliable and professional attitude
\n
• Own transport required due to varying client locations
\n
• Multi-drop and load-strapping experience preferred
\n
