Looking for your next buying opportunity? If you're an experienced Buyer with a commercial mindset and a passion for developing product ranges, this could be the perfect role. Talent Guardian is partnering with a well-established consumer goods business to recruit a Buyer on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You'll take ownership of established branded product ranges, work closely with suppliers across the UK and Europe, and play a key role in bringing new products to market. What you'll be doing: \n

\n
• Managing branded product ranges from selection through to launch.
\n
• Sourcing new suppliers and negotiating commercial agreements.
\n
• Analysing market trends, competitor activity and forecasting demand.
\n
• Monitoring product performance, sales and stock levels.
\n
• Building strong supplier relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
\n
• Supporting product launches, sales teams and stakeholder presentations.
\n
• Attending UK and European trade shows and supplier meetings.
\n

What we're looking for: \n

• Previous Buying or Procurement experience.
\n
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
\n
• Commercial awareness with excellent analytical ability.
\n
• Experience managing product ranges and forecasting.
\n
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
\n
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with suppliers and stakeholders.
\n
• Advanced Excel skills would be an advantage.
\n
