You will work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters, advising a range of clients on both transactional and advisory work. The role would suit someone who enjoys managing their own matters, getting involved in high-quality work, and working as part of a close-knit team.Key Responsibilities\n

• Managing a broad caseload of commercial real estate matters from start to finish.
\n
• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, and investment transactions.
\n
• Handling landlord and tenant work, including lease negotiations, renewals, assignments, and related matters.
\n
• Advising on development and redevelopment projects.
\n
• Drafting and negotiating commercial property documentation.
\n
• Providing practical and commercially driven advice to clients.
\n
• Building strong relationships with clients and supporting business development activities.
\n
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.
\n

About You\n

\n
• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 6–7 years’ PQE.
\n
• Strong commercial property experience gained within a reputable property team.
\n
• Comfortable managing your own caseload and handling transactions with minimal supervision.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge with excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
\n
• Commercially aware with a client-focused approach.
\n
• A team player who is keen to contribute to the continued success of the department.
