Food Production Operative

We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking Food Production Operatives to join their growing team.Key Responsibilities:Working on a fast-paced food production line, ensuring products are prepared and packed to company standardsCollecting and preparing client orders accurately and efficientlyReading and interpreting order sheets, labels, and barcodes to ensure correct products are picked and dispatchedMaintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with health and safety and food hygiene regulationsPerforming quality checks to ensure products meet required specificationsLabelling, packing, and palletising goods ready for distributionFollowing company processes and reporting any issues to supervisorsRequirements:Fluent in English to understand order sheets, barcodes, and instructionsStrong attention to detail and accuracy when collecting and processing ordersGood level of physical fitness as the role may involve standing for long periods and some manual handlingReliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude to team workingPrevious experience in food production, warehousing, or order picking is desirable but not essential as full training will be providedPlease note: this role is carried out in a chilled/cold environment, so applicants must be comfortable working in such conditions.Shifts:Monday - Sunday Rota-based, working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends -occasional Sundays)Working hours: 06.00 - 14.00Pay Rate:£12.71 p/hIf you are a motivated individual with excellent attention to detail and are looking for an opportunity to join a respected food production company, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
