For an aspiring Advisor, you'll receive the training, support and exposure needed to develop into the position.Operating across sites in Lancashire, Cumbria and Greater Manchester, you'll manage your own schedule between site visits, home working and supporting local offices throughout the region.What you'll be doing:Providing practical Health and Safety guidance across multiple sitesWorking closely with operational teams and managers to improve standardsCarrying out audits, inspections and risk assessmentsSupporting incident investigations and the implementation of preventative measuresContributing to regional Health and Safety initiativesPromoting a positive and consistent safety culture across the businessThey are open to candidates from either of the following backgrounds:Health and Safety experience within utilities, telecommunications, construction, civil engineering, highways or a similar environmentOr:Hands-on operational experience within the utilities sector and a genuine ambition to move into Health and SafetyA NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate would be beneficial, although support and funding can be provided towards relevant qualificationsA willingness to learn and progress within Health and SafetyWhat's on offer:Salary of £45,000 to £55,000Company car (EV/Hybrid) or Car allowance25 days' holiday plus bank holidaysPrivate pension schemeDiscretionary bonusExcellent long-term development and progression opportunitiesAdditional company benefitsIf you're already working in Health and Safety or have a utilities background and want to build your career in the profession, please apply today.TPBN1_UKTJ
