Apply Now for our Recruitment Team to review.DUTIESYour duties as the Finance Analyst will include:Financial Planning and Analysis: Support the annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processesPerformance Reporting: Produce monthly performance reporting and detailed variance analysisForecasting Models: Assist with the development and maintenance of rolling forecasts and scenario modellingBusiness Insight: Deliver analysis on revenue, gross margin, operational and overhead performanceBoard Reporting: Support the preparation of executive and board reporting packsReporting Tools: Support the development and continuous improvement of FP&A reporting tools and dashboardsProcess Improvement: Help drive automation and standardisation of finance reporting processesFP&A Systems: Drive and develop the FP&A software, PlanfulData Accuracy: Ensure consistency, accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting outputsFinancial Modelling: Support ad hoc financial modelling and analysis requestsContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data qualityFinance Transformation: Contribute to finance transformation and systems enhancement initiativesCANDIDATE REQUIREMENTSESSENTIALQualified or part-qualified accountant, ACA, ACCA or CIMAStrong analytical and financial modelling skillsAdvanced Excel capabilityStrong attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex dataProactive and inquisitive mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environmentAmbitious and eager to develop within financeHighly analytical, systems-focused and technology-focused approachKeen to spend time outside of finance to help build relationships and operational understandingExcited by the opportunity to help shape a modern FP&A functionDESIRABLEPrevious experience within FP&A or financial analysisExperience within manufacturing, consumer goods, retail or luxury sectorsExposure to FP&A or planning systems such as PlanfulExperience using Power BI, Power Query or similar analytics toolsExperience with ERP systems and data-driven reporting environmentsHOW TO APPLYTo be considered for this job vacancy, please submit your CV to our Recruitment Team who will review your details.
